Programming

Press F3 to confirm your selection. When the

CONFIGURATION menu is displayed, select and set BUZZER as

shown below. The

BUZZER setting enables/disables the audible alarm buzzer.

Press F3 to confirm your selection. When the

CONFIGURATION menu is displayed, select and set RF CHANNEL as

shown below. The

RF CHANNEL setting determines the RF frequency at which the wireless sensor(s) and base

station communicate.

Note:

If the RF channel is changed after one or more wireless sensors have been added to the system, all

wireless sensors must be reset.

Press F3 to confirm your selection. When the

CONFIGURATION menu is displayed, press F1 to return to the MAIN

MENU.

You have configured the EA800 system settings. Proceed to the next section to set the time and date.

WARNING

Selecting DISABLED for this parameter turns the audible alarm buzzer off
completely. No audible alarm tone will sound when an alarm occurs if
DISABLED is selected.
