Extended Speed Control Output Instance 71 (47 Hex)
This function is the basic I/O instance of Assembly Object Class (04 Hex) Attribute (03 Hex), which is defined by the
DeviceNet AC Drive Profile. This is the Factory default. Both I/O Assemblies use 4 bytes.

The drive speed is displayed.
