2.3.1 Symbols on the Type Label
Danger to life due to high voltages.
• All work on the Automatic Switch Box must be performed by electrically skilled persons.
Symbol Description
Beware of dangerous electrical voltage.
The Automatic Switch Box operates at high voltages. All work on the
Automatic Switch Box must be performed by electrically skilled persons.
Beware of hot surface.
The Automatic Switch Box can become hot during operation. Avoid contact during
operation.
Observe all documents provided.
Do not dispose of the Automatic Switch Box and its components via the household
garbage (see section 9.3 ”Disposing of the Automatic Switch Box”, page 52).
CE mark.
The Automatic Switch Box complies with the requirements of the applicable EC
guidelines.
Protection rating IP54.
The Automatic Switch Box is protected against dust deposits in the interior and
splashes of water from all angles. Complete contact protection.
Protection class II.
The Automatic Switch Box has a double insulation and is therefore protected
against direct as well as indirect contact.
