Connection terminals:
1. Insert the cable (see section 5.2).
2. Connecting the functional grounding:
– Connect PE of the building's equipotential bonding bar to the connection terminal "FE" of the
terminal strip "AS-X8".

The labeling of the connection terminals as well as the procedure for connecting the
Automatic Switch Box M is identical.

Risk of fatal injury due to failure of the protective measures in the TT system.
If the operational grounding is not connected to the Automatic Switch Box, the residual current
device between loads and Automatic Switch Box and between PV plant and Automatic Switch
Box will not trip in case of a failure.
• If a TT system is present, connect the operational grounding.
– Connect the PE of the building's equipotential bonding bar to the connection terminal
"GND (PE)" of the terminal strip "AS-X8".
