Interpreting LAN card status LEDs
Use the following illustration and table to identify and interpret LAN card LEDs

Boot up complete

Waiting for setup of initial values
Fault
(orange)

Initialization is occurring. (LED on temporarily only)
Fault state
Flashing
The LAN card is faulty
While scheduled stop is executed, the unit (except LAN card) on which Fault
LED is on, is faulty.
Link
On
Data is sent and received on the network.
Cache
Sweep-out
On
Cache sweep-out complete. (Scheduled stop normally terminated and ready
to power off)
Flashing
Cache sweep-out in progress. (Scheduled stop is being executed, and no I/O
interrupt from host is accepted)
