• Endpoint Information area

Endpoint Name—Name of the endpoint used by the caller or the callee.

Endpoint IP—IP address of the endpoint used by the caller or the callee.

MAC Address—MAC address of the endpoint used by the caller or the callee.

Last Call Time—Time when the last call ended, in the format of YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

Connection Type—Connection type of the Lync endpoints: Wireless, Wired, or Ethernet.
