6 Managing Lync call records
The Lync Call Records feature collectively refers to Lync Call History and Lync Bad Calls modules in
UCHM. Different from traditional calls, Lync calls support additional functions, such as application
sharing and video conferencing.
Managing Lync call history
Use this module to view, refresh, query, and delete Lync call records in the call history.
Accessing the Lync Call History page
1.
Click the Service tab.
2.
From the navigation tree, select UC Health Manager > Lync Call History.
The following buttons are available:

Delete—Deletes Lync call records. See "

Refresh—Refreshes the page with the latest Lync call record list.
Lync Call History list contents
•
Caller Name—Name of the caller.
•
Callee Name/Conference—Callee name or conference name.
•
Caller Endpoint Name—Displays the name or IP of the endpoint used by the caller. When the
name of the endpoint used by the caller is displayed, click the name link to view the details of
the endpoint.
•
Callee Endpoint Name—Name of the endpoint used by the callee. Click the name link to view
the details of the endpoint.
•
Call Quality Classification—Quality of the call. Options are Good, Bad, and Unknown.
•
Call Type—Type of the call. Options are Audio, Audio and Video, Application Sharing, and
Others.
•
Start Time—Time when the call started, in the format of YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.
•
End Time—Time when the call ended, in the format of YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

Querying Lync call history
Perform this task to query call records in the call history by using basic or advanced query. Click the
Advanced icon in the upper right corner of the Lync Call History page to toggle between these two
query methods.
