At a Glance
Provides access to the overview page for the health status of Lync services and the
statistics of services in UCHM.
Lync Topology
Provides access to view the connection relationship among Lync sites, Lync servers,
and PSTN gateways on a topology.
Resource Management
Provides access to the following resource pages:
• Lync Servers—Manages Lync servers in the network.
• PSTN Gateways—Manages PSTN gateways in the network.
• Lync Endpoints—Manages Lync endpoints that are dynamically detected.
Lync Call History Provides access to view history of all Lync call records.
Lync Bad Calls Provides access to view all records of bad Lync calls.
Lync Alarms Provides access to manage Lync alarms.
Lync QoS
Provides access to the following Lync QoS pages:
• End-to-End Test—Used to troubleshoot call errors that occur between two calling
parties.
• Test Tunnels—Used to query, add, modify, and deletes test tunnels.
• Test Results—Used to manage the results of the regular test for Lync tunnels.
Parameter Settings Provides access to configure the global parameters.
