Resource view
The Resource View widget displays the numbers of Lync servers, PSTN gateways, and Lync endpoints
managed by UCHM in a bar chart:
• The horizontal axis represents the color-coded device types (see Table 13 .)
• The vertical axis represents the number of devices.
Move the pointer over a bar to view the device count of the corresponding device type, or click the bar
to view the device list.
Click a device type legend to hide or show the corresponding device type in the bar chart.

Call view
The Call View widget displays in a pie chart the numbers and percentages of audio calls, audio and
video calls, application sharing calls, and other calls recorded in the call history. It also displays the
percentage of bad calls at the bottom of the pie chart.
