• The PE wire of the AC power cord is reliably grounded at the power distribution room or AC
transformer side.
• The PE connector on the switch is reliably connected to the PE wire of the AC power cord.

To guarantee the grounding effect, H3C recommends that you use the grounding cable provided with the
switch to connect to the grounding strip in the equipment room.
