Add Extended Devices
NVR3 allows you to easily accomplish the integration with your access control system via
network without changing the existing architecture. Through the integrated extended devices
such as a remote I/O module or an access control data server, NVR system can link the
recorded footage with any access data, and remotely manipulate or monitor the status of the
connected I/O devices such as a fire alarm. The events related to these connected devices
can also trigger the event-handling service of NVR system.
Before you add the extended device to NVR server, please install and configure the device
following its product manual.

To start, go to
Setup
screen
Devices
tab, click on the title bar of
Extended Device
.
Input the device properties and click “
Apply
”.
