Alarm Menu

The QUAD T1 Alarm Menu is accessed by typing "A" at the QUAD
T1 Main Menu.

Threshold

Configuration

When "C" is selected on the QUAD T1 Alarm Menu, the QUAD T1
Port Alarm Threshold Configuration Menu is presented. In the
example menu shown below, ports 1 and 2 have been set to
recommended values, while ports 3 and 4 were left at factory
default values.

A) card alarm reporting

Toggles on and off reporting of alarms for the entire module.

C) configure threshold

Accesses the QUAD T1 Port Alarm Threshold Configuration Menu. See

Threshold Configuration

Tn) restore default

threshold

Sets the selected port back to the factory default values, in effect - turns off

all alarm reporting for that port.

O) display alarm buffer

Produces a display of all the historical and current alarms stored in the

QUAD T1 module. See "

Display Alarm Buffer

S) alarm threshold status

Produces a display which indicates which of the configurable thresholds

have been exceeded during the current 15-minute interval. See "
