4. Type "DP" and set the Destination Port to shelf 1, slot 3 (the
first QUAD T1 module), then select net port 1. The screen is
refreshed with the information entered so far. See
Figure 2-8 .

5. Type "DM" and set the Destination Mapping. Type "1-24" to use
all 24 DS0s for the video application. This, combined with the
mode selection of 64K, creates a data rate of 1.536 Mbit/s.
6. Type "S" and setup the circuit. The message Successful circuit Successful circuit Successful circuit Successful circuit
build build build build should appear. If it does not, verify that the ports are
indeed in service on the QUAD DATA and QUAD T1 modules.
Type "X" to return to the Circuit Manager Menu. The first
circuit is now summarized at the top of the menu.
Circuit 2 Circuit 2 maps a PBX connected to port 3 of the QUAD T1 module in
slot 3 to the sixth T1 multiplexed into the M1-3 DS3 aggregate.
1. While still at the Circuit Manager Menu, type "A" to add
another circuit.
2. Type "N" and use "PBX_M13" for the circuit name.
3. Type "M" and select voice for the mode.
4. Type "SP" and use "1,3" to select the first QUAD T1 module.
Select port 3.
5. Type "DP" and use "1,6" to select the M1-3 module. The screen
redraws with fields which are slightly different. See Figure 2-9 .
