The top portion of the T1 24 Hour Performance Menu shows the
total values over the last 24 hours for seven types of alarm
conditions. These are defined in
. The options on the T1
24 Hour Performance Menu each produce a screen with
information on a specific type of error condition for the previous
96 fifteen-minute intervals (24 hours). These reports all use the
same format. A typical 24-hour performance report is shown in
.

Description
En) errored seconds
A second during which 1 or up to 319 bit errors have been detected.
Un) unavailable seconds
Any second during which an Unavailable Signal State occurs. This occurs
after ten consecutive SES, and clears only after ten consecutive nonSES.
Sn) severely errored seconds A second with 320 or more CRC-6 error events, or one or more OOF (Out
Of Frame) events.
Dn) LOF seconds
A second during which a Loss Of Frame condition exists.
Fn) SEF seconds
A second with severely errored framing.
Zn) AIS/SEF seconds
A second with unframed all ones or severely errored framing.
An) AIS seconds
A second during which an unframed pattern of all ones (Alarm Indication
Signal) is received.
Ln) LOS seconds
A second during which a Loss Of Signal condition exists. When this alarm
condition is present ignore all other alarms and resolve the LOS condition.
Mn) LOFC seconds
An accumulated value equal to the number of times that a Loss Of Frame
has been declared. Loss Of Frame is declared when either LOS (Loss Of
Signal) or OOF (Out Of Frame) is true for two to three seconds. LOF is
cleared only after 10 seconds with LOS and OOF not true.
