PERATION
c = Net Loop
The unit is performing a network loop. On the near end this could be a Line, PLB, ALB
(for DDS-I), DSU latching (for DDS-II), V.54 respond, or DTE local (LL pin). If this
indicator occurs on the far side in a 41TDM, it is a Line, Local, Data, or V.54 loopback.
d = DTE Loop
The unit is performing a DTE loop. This could be DTE-A, DTE-B, or TDM (DSU
MP only).
e = Download Needed
The far end (41TDM) needs a download.
f = Dial Backup Active
The far end (41TDM) is in dial backup mode.
g = Loop Detected
This occurs only when the unit is in TXP-I or TXP-II mode. The unit detects that
it is receiving what it is transmitting so there is a loop somewhere: in the unit, on
the line, or on the far end.
h = Test Active
The unit is performing a BERT or a far DTE loop test.
