Remote control setting
Use the REMOTE item to set whether or not the unit can receive
commands from a wireless remote control (RC-DR2).
Values:
OFF (default) or ON
Setting the type of AA batteries
Use BATTERY TYPE to set the type of the AA batteries that you
are using. This setting is used to show the amount of remaining
battery charge and determine if the unit has enough power for
normal operation.
Values:
ALKAL (default), Ni-MH
Restoring the factory settings
Use the INITIALIZE item to restore the various settings of this
unit to their factory settings.
1 Select
INITIALIZE and press the ENTER/MARK key to
highlight “ Exec .”
2 Press the ENTER/MARK key again to open a confirma-
tion pop-up window.
3 Press the ENTER/MARK key to initialize the unit. Press
/HOME [ª] to cancel initialization.
Using QUICK FORMAT
Using QUICK FORMAT erases all music files on the card and
automatically creates new “ MUSIC ” and “ UTILITY ” folders as
well as the “dr-1.sys” file that is necessary to use the SD card
with the DR-2d.
1 Select the
QUICK FORMAT item and press the ENTER/
MARK key to highlight “
Exec .”
2 Press ENTER/MARK to open a pop-up confirmation
window.
3 Press the ENTER/MARK key to execute the quick for-
matting, or press the /HOME [ª] key to cancel
formatting.
