5. Import and export:
In the time of establishment of class student information, you can make use
of the import function, which will be the fastest method joining class
information into the system.

② Refer to the contents in Example (Class).xls, new a excel file (

order to facilitate subsequent viewing, not to amend the information in the
template list
)and input class student information.
Note: In column of Class Name, please enter a single quote " ' ", then
enter the corresponding words.
Assumed the new EXCEL file is saved as "Class. xls" and stored in the
desktop.
