Another way to organize and view the Search Results data is by grouping the results. Grouping allows
you to organize the data into a tree view which can be expanded and contracted.
1. Perform a Search.
2. Select a column header and drag it onto the Grouping Bar . The Description column has been
added in this example.
The results are now organized in a tree view. To expand the results, click .
3. Drag additional column headers onto the Grouping Bar to further organize the data.
4. To ungroup the data, right-click the column header in the Grouping Bar, and then click UnGroup .
