Custom Key Performance Indicators can be created to better manage loss prevention situations.
1. Click Application , and then click
Manage Custom KPIs .
2. Click Add .
3. Type a Title for the KPI and then use
the DropDown menu to select a
Summarize By category.
4. Configure the Filter Criteria to create
the Custom KPI.
5. Click Search to verify the desired
result.
The new KPI may not be
available until the next day when
the Collector is updated.
6. Click Save.
Editing Custom KPIs:
1. Click Application , and then click Manage Custom KPIs .
2. Select the desired KPI and then click Edit.
3. Make changes as desired.
4. Click Save.
