Index and Limit Marker Installation

Stick-On Markers for PurePrecision Laser Tape II (HPTS-) and Performance and Value Linear
Glass (PVGL-). (Not applicable to PurePrecision Marker Tape II Scales)

Press your finger on the marker close to the
edge of the handle. Then, with your other hand,
pull up on the handle to detach it from the
marker. The handle will break away from the
marker.

Carefully remove the blue protective film from the
marker surface.

NOTE:
Use fingernails or plastic tweezers
to remove the blue protective film,
but do not use a hard metal object.
Using a hard metal object might
damage the grating on the
PurePrecision Tape Scale.

Apply the left and right limit markers, if applicable.
Repeat steps 1-3.
