Unbalanced load detection system is attempting to
compensate the imbalance by spinning the washing

Always load large and small items together into the
drum.
Poor wash result. Soiling is greater than expected. Select suitable programme,

Mode: Intensive Wash" additional option.
Detergent underdosed. Dose detergent according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
Detergent residue on the
washing.
Some phosphateĆfree detergents contain
waterĆinsoluble residues that may appear as light
spots on the laundry.
Brush out the washing after drying.
Grey residue on the
washing.
Soiling caused by ointment, grease or oil. Select maximum detergent dosage and maximum
permitted temperature for the next wash cycle.

Filter blocked in water inlet hose. Clean the strainer; see Page 27.
Water pressure too low. Eliminate cause.
Pump blocked?" Drainage pipe and/or drainage hose blocked. Clean drainage pipe and/or drainage hose.
Door open?" Door not closed properly. Check whether laundry is trapped in door.
Close the door.
If the fault cannot be rectified with the aid of the above table: switch off the appliance, wait 5 seconds, then switch on
the appliance, select and start the programme.
