14. There is a set of operating instructions silkscreened to the right of the keypad on the face of
the Series 1000. These instructions apply to the reader that was removed. Clean and dry
this area. The conversion kit includes a self-adhesive OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS decal.
Peel the backing off the decal and apply it over the current operating instructions.
15. There is a diagram showing proper card insertion silkscreened below the operating
instructions on the face of the Series 1000. This diagram applies to the reader that was
removed. Clean and dry this area. The conversion kit includes a self-adhesive key
insertion instructions decal. Peel the backing off the decal and apply it over the current
diagram.
16. Proceed
with Power On and Test instructions.
