CFN III Characteristics
When a supervisor card is used inside, prompting for a manually-entered number is done from
the POS keyboard and display. If a PIN pad is attached to the POS system, the odometer
prompt will be displayed on the PIN pad display and the odometer number is entered on the
PIN pad keypad. Prompting on the POS terminal for the manually-entered number is the
standard method using a supervisor card.
Voyager Cards that request a manually-entered prompt are converted to a Gasboy Club
supervisor card. All prompts will appear at the dispenser or Island Card Reader (ICR), unlike a
sale from the POS terminal.
