Diaphragm Installation Instructions

Lubricate the new O-Ring (diaphragm) with silicone grease.

Install the new O-Ring (diaphragm).

Lubricate the new O-Ring (body) with silicone grease.

Install the new O-Ring (body).

Install the new diaphragm assembly and spring with the cup side facing the valve bonnet.
10
Replace the valve bonnet.
11
Thread valve bonnet screws into the valve body and tighten screws.
12
After reapplying power to the unit, run and check for leaks.
