Color coding is used with text messages as follows:
Channel Status
Color Text Description
Green CIP Channel is currently in use (active call)
Blue Idle Channel has no CIP, but fully functional
Red Fault Channel modem is not in a functional state
Yellow Warning Channel is reporting a modem fault, but is still in a functional state
Transparent Disabled Channel has been disabled by operator
Node Status
Color Text Description
Green Online-CIP
Node is communicating with controller server, is fully functional, at least
one channel with CIP
Blue Online Node is fully functional, but has no channels with CIP
Red Fault
Node modem is not in a functional state, or node has all enabled
channels faulted
Yellow Warning Node has some, but not all, channels faulted
Gray Disabled Node has been disabled by operator
Site Status
Color Text Description
Green Online-CIP Site has all associated nodes online, at least one node online-CIP
Blue Online Site has all associated nodes online, but none with CIP
Red Fault Site has all nodes faulted
Yellow Warning
Site has some, but not all, nodes faulted, or site has nodes reporting a
warning status
Gray Disabled All nodes at site are disabled
