Saving a Video
Conference
To save a Video Conference, click Save on the Video Conferences window. The Save
As window is displayed. This window contains the file name and destination directory,
which are selected to save a Video Conference to the local disk drive.
A Video Conference file is saved in plain ASCII test format, and consists of
one or more conferences, with the following layout:

The format of a record is:

Directory numbers and group Ids must be unique. Blank lines are allowed
between records or groups. Directory numbers may include separators
and special characters, such as *, @, #.
where:
[Group ID] is the unique video conference
identifier
is the number of members in the
group
is the video conference
description
where:
is an alphanumeric string,
up to 30 characters
is text, up to 30 characters.
