Using Diagnostics 3-5
View Totals
Use this option to view the totals for printer inches, service inches, printer high energy inches,
and service high energy inches. The high energy printing is used for linerless or synthetic
labels.
1. From the Printer menu, select Totals, Print Inch.
2. Press E to return to the Totals menu.
3. Select Service Inch.
4. Press E to return to the Totals menu.
5. Select Prt High In.
6. Press E to return to the Totals menu.
7. Select Ser High In.
8. Press E until you return to the Diagnostics menu.
Display
Use this menu to see if the backlight is working or if pixels are missing on the display.
1. From the Diagnostics menu, select Display, Backlight.
2. Press e. The backlight switches on and off and stops at the current setting (on or off).
