set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] enable [ on | off ]
Enables or disables the first (default) Wi-Fi SSID.
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] name name
Specifies a name for the first Wi-Fi SSID. Defaults to a unique value per router of the form “ATTxxx”.
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] access-type [ none | allow | deny ]
Specifies the type of address list for defining MAC address filtering. If set to allow , only hosts with the specified
addresses will be permitted to join the WLAN of the specified SSID. If set to deny , any hosts except those with
the specified addresses will be permitted to join the specified SSID. Default is none .
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] access-list mac_address
Specifies the MAC address of devices controlled by MAC address filtering.
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] hidden [ off | on ]
Enables or disables SSID hiding for the specified SSID. If set to on , the specified SSID will not appear on client
scans. Clients must log into the SSID with the exact SSID name and credentials specified for that SSID.
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] isolate [ off | on ]
If set to on , blocks wireless clients from communicating with other wireless clients on the WLAN side of the
gateway. Defaults to off .
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] security [ none | wep | wpa ]
Sets the wireless privacy type: none , wep , or wpa-psk . Default is none .
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] key-length [ 10 | 26 ]
Sets the WEP key length to 10 or 26 characters.
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] pre-shared key-value
Sets the Pre-Shared Key (PSK) value to use when resolving WPA credentials from wireless devices. If no key
value is specified, the 2247-N8 uses its default key value, printed on the Device Access Code label on the
bottom of the gateway.
set physical wireless ssid [ 1 - 4 ] wpa-version [ 1 | 2 | both ]
When the specified SSID is using WPA security, sets the version of WPA the 2247-N8 will use for resolving WPA
credentials. WPA may not be changed from 2 if the 2247-N8 is using 802.11N mode. The default is 2.
set physical wireless wps [ on | off ]
Enables or disables Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) for simplified security configuration with Wi-Fi clients that
support it.
NOTE:
The WEP standard is not available when you are running in 802.11n mode.
