Removing an electronic module

Procedure:

Press the locking mechanisms [1] together simultaneously.

Pull out the electronic module [2].

5.3.3

Changing an electronic module during operation

The electronic module can be hot swapped. The configuration data is retained when a mod­
ule is changed.

Effects:

}

While the module is disconnected, the default values of the input signals/input values
are used (Valid­Bits = FALSE).

}

Once the module is reconnected, it is reactivated automatically.
