To accelerate the process, please have information such as the name and
the serial number (see the product identification label), as well as a
description of your problem, close at hand.

You may also be requested to provide the embedded software’s version
numbers.

To display the embedded software version:
1.
From normal operating mode, hold down

and

for a few seconds. The unit displays

the first software version.

2. Press

to

switch

between

the

software

and

hardware versions.

Press

to return to normal mode.
