In addition to straight stitch and zig
zag stitch, your machine can pro
duce a variety of stitch patterns.
There are two types of stitch pat
terns built into your machine:
A. decorative stitch patterns, illus
tratcd at left, are produced by
side-to-side movement of the
needle.
B. stretch stitch patterns, illustrated
at left, arc produced by both the
side-to-side movement of the
needle and the back-and-forth
movement of the feed.

information on machine settings and
applications for the stitch patterns
on your machine.
