Advanced features
•
Swap: Call another party while you are in an established two-party
call.
•
Conference call: Hold an impromptu three-way conference.
•
Speaker mode: Switch call audio from the ear piece to the system
speaker.
Call hold and retrieve
Place a call on hold and then resume the call.
Placing a call on hold
While the call is connected, select Options, Hold Call. The call is placed
on hold.
Retrieving a held call
Select Options, Unhold Call.
Call transfer
There are two types of call transfers available:
•
Blind: Transfer the call without speaking to the other party.
•
Supervised: Speak to the other party before transferring the call.
Blind transferring a call
1. While in a call, select Options, Hold.
The call is placed on hold.
2. Dial the number of the other party.
OR
Select the number from the Phone, Search, or Business Contacts
panes.
3. Press the green call button.
OR
Select Options, Call
4. Select Options, Transfer from the menu while the call is still ringing.
