In this case, delete unnecessary sound source files to keep the number of files 500 or less on the SD card, or
play back the hidden files using a PC.
Tips
• The recorded sound source file is saved in the DMIREC folder on the SD card.
This folder is created automatically. Do not change this folder name.
• A file name should be within 64 characters long including the extension when changing it on a PC.
• The maximum recording time per recording file is the time required to record a file corresponding to 2 GB of
file size.
(Example)
For bit rate of 128 Kbps: About 35 hours and 36 minutes
For bit rate of 64 Kbps: About 71 hours and 12 minutes
For an SD card of 2 GB or less, the maximum recording time is the maximum time to be able to make
recording on the card.
• The table on the next page shows the recording time on a SD card depending on memory card size and bit
rate.
