• You will see the upgrade firmware screen:
• Select “Yes” to upgrade the firmware.
Note: Do not turn the system off as the upgrade is taking place.
• Upon completion, the system will automatically reboot and the
following screen will appear:
• After the Scribe Standalone SA reboots, the screen will prompt you
again to Upgrade Firmware. Press the “Stop/No” button. You will then
be returned to the main operating screen: The loader may unload the
disc automatically.
• To confirm the upgrade has taken place. Press the “1” key on your
keypad, the first screen will display the following. The screen does
change rapidly. You might have to press the “1” key again once you are
returned the main operating screen as indicated in the above illustration.
