This menu allows you to adjust and view the following:
• Preferences
• Online settings
• Motion detection options
• Motion detection mask options
• Event notifications
• Audio capture filter
• Video capture filter
• Video capture pin

Preferences
You can customize your recording settings through the
preferences dialog box. To open the preferences dialog box,
select “Options”
→ “Preferences”.
The Preferences dialog box allows you to :
• Select the folder where you want to store the
recorded data (directions above in
“THE BASICS” section)
• Adjust the compression format
• Set the recording mode (directions above in “THE
BASICS” section)
• Enable or disable password protection for
online viewing
• Set a password
• Set an IP address change notification
• Enable or disable recording state
