Troubleshooting
WARNING
Under no circumstances should you try to repair the system yourself, as this will invalidate the
warranty. Do not open the system as there is a risk of electric shock.
If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below before taking the system for repair. If you
are unable to remedy a problem by following these hints, consult your dealer or service center.
Problem Solution
INTERNET AUDIO OPERATION
"СНСГК C n S L E " is displayed. - Check if the RJ45 terminal is connected to the
LAN.
" E R R I J R Hue?" is displayed - DHCP server
is not responding or no IP address.
- Check the ethernet cable connection and/or
try again.
"ERROR uuO orOOS" is displayed - the
mini system encountered a hardware
problem.
- Send the mini system for repair
" E R R O R 0 0 1 " is displayed - music provider
not responding.
- Please try again later If error persists, contact
Philips Toll Free Help Line.
"iJu I t J T E R f J E T LLjiJi'JEili'lLjrJ" is displayed. - Remove and reconnect the AC power plug and
switch on the system again.
"fJu R E ГВ'Л'ЕС'ГГим" is displayed. - Check the PC and network router connections.
- Check the iM Jukebox software.
CD OPERATION
" f J O Ш В Е " is displayed. - Insert a disc.
- Check if the disc is inserted upside down.
- Wait until the moisture condensation at the lens
has cleared.
- Replace or clean the disc, see "Maintenance".

i J O T rifJRLIZtIIl" is displayed. - Use a finalized CD-R(W) or CD-R.
RADIO RECEPTION
Radio reception is poor. - If the signal is too weak, adjust the antenna or
connect an external antenna for better
reception.
- Increase the distance between the Mini HiFi
System and yourTV orVCR.
