Funciones básicas Radio Reception
Modo de pantalla
Se puede seleccionar cuatro diversos modos de
pantalla.
• Pulse DISPLAY repetidamente para seleccionar
el modo de pantalla NORMAL, MODE 1,
MODE 2 o MODE 3.
NORMAL.......... Todos los LEDs disponibles están
encendidos y la pantalla aparece
con la intensidad de iluminación
máxima. El indicadorVU está en
modo de música.
MODE 1 ........... Todos los LEDs disponibles están
encendidos y la pantalla aparece
con la intensidad de iluminación
máxima. El indicadorVU está en
modo de volumen.
MODE 2............ Todos los LEDs disponibles están
encendidos y la pantalla aparece
con una intensidad de
iluminación media. El indicador
VU está en modo de música.
MODE 3............ La pantalla aparece con una
intensidad de iluminación media.
El indicadorVU y todos los LEDs
están apagados.
Control de volumen
Ajuste VOLUME para aumentar (gire en
sentido de las agujas del reloj o pulse VOLUME
+) o reduzca (gire en sentido contrario de las
agujas del reloj o pulse VOLUME —) el nivel del
sonido.
Para escuchar utilizando los auriculares
• Conecte el enchufe de los auriculares en el
conector O situado en la parte delantera del
sistema.
Los altavoces serán enmudecidos.
Para desactivar el volumen
temporalmente
• Pulse MUTE en el control remoto.
-» La reproducción continuará sin el sonido y
aparecerá T'ILIPL" (enmudedmiento).
• Para activar el volumen, vuelva pulsar MUTE o
aumente el nivel del volumen con VOLUME.
Funciones de sonido
Para obtener un sonido óptimo, solamente
se puede seleccionar uno de las siguientes
funciones de sonido a la vez : wOOx, DSC o
VAC.
wOOx
Hay tres modos de ajustar el wOOx para
potenciar los graves.
Pulse wOOx ON* *OFF para
seleccionar entre un efecto de
sonido wOOx normal o
potenciado.
Cuando está seleccionado el
efecto de sonido wOOx
potenciado (ON);
WOOX y última el nivel del sonido wOOx
seleccionada aparecerá en la pantalla.
Cuando está seleccionado el efecto de sonido
wOOx normal (OFF);
-> Aparecerá en la pantalla "WCIuf' ÍJuRt'l" y
WOOX desaparecerá de la pantalla.
Cuando está seleccionado el efecto de sonido
wOOx potenciado (ON), ajuste wOOx
LEVEL (o pulse wOOx LEVEL en el control
remoto) para seleccionar el nivel wOOx
deseado : WOOX 1, WOOX 2 o WOOX 3.
Nota:
- Algunos discos o cintas pueden grabarse en
modulación alta, lo que causa una distorsión a alto
volumen. Si ocurre esto, desactive wOOx o reduzca
el volumen.

Storing Preset Radio Stations
You can store up to 40 preset radio stations in
the memory
Automatic Preset Programming
• Plug and Play setting (refer to "Basic Functions -
Plug and Play”).
OR
1 Press TUNER (FM-AM) to select TUNER
mode.
"FLIMER" will be displayed. A few seconds
later the current radio frequency will be
displayed.
-> If a FM station is received in stereo, co will
appear on the display.
To begin automatic preset from a desired
preset number
• Press M or ►! to select the desired preset
number
-> For those radio stations that had been stored
in one of the preset will not be restored again to
another preset number

Press and hold PROG until "RuFO" appears on
the display.
-> PROG will start flashing.
^ The system will start searching for all radio
stations on the FM band and then the AM band.
All available radio stations with sufficient signal
strength will be stored automatically.
-» The system will stop searching when all the
available radio stations are stored or when the
memory for 40 preset radio stations is used.
The last preset radio station will then be
played when completed.
To stop storing the automatic preset
# Press PROG or ■ on the system.
Note:
- If no preset number is selected, automatic preset
will begin from preset (1) and all your former
presets will be overridden.
Manual Preset Programming

Press TUNER (FM'AM) repeatedly to select
the desired waveband : FM or AM.

Press PROG
-> PROG will Start flashing.
-> The next available preset number will be
displayed for selection.
3 Press and hold ◄◄ or ►► until the frequency
indication starts to change, then release.
The display will show 'SERRLH" until a radio
station with sufficient signal strength is found.
To store the radio station to another
preset number
• Press M or M to select the desired preset
number
4 Press PROG again to store the radio station.
PROG will disappear from the display.
• Repeat steps 2-4 to store other preset radio
stations.
Tuning to a weak radio station
• Press « or ►► briefly and repeatedly until the
optimal reception is found.
To stop storing the manual preset
9 Press ■ on the system.
