PTZ decoder and 10.2-inch combo DVR address is not compatible.

When there are several decoders, please add 120 Ohm between the PTZ decoder A/B
cables furthest end to delete the reverberation or impedance matching. Otherwise the
PTZ control is not stable.

13. Motion detection function does not work.
There are following possibilities:

Period setup is not correct.

Motion detection zone setup is not correct.
z
Sensitivity is too low.
z
For some versions, there is hardware limit.
14. Can not log in client-end or web.
There are following possibilities:

For Windows 98 or Windows ME user, please update your system to Windows 2000
sp4. Or you can install client-end software of lower version. Please note right now, our
10.2-inch combo DVR is not compatible with Windows VISTA control.
z
ActiveX control has been disabled.
z
No dx8.1 or higher. Please upgrade display card driver.
z
Network connection error.
z
Network setup error.
z
Password or user name is invalid.
z
Client-end is not compatible with 10.2-inch combo DVR program.
15. There is only mosaic no video when preview or playback video file remotely.
There are following possibilities:

Network fluency is not good.
z
Client-end resources are limit.
z
There is multiple-cast group setup in 10.2-inch combo DVR. This mode can result in
mosaic. Usually we do not recommend this mode.

There is privacy mask or channel protection setup.
z
Current user has no right to monitor.
z
10.2-inch combo DVR local video output quality is not good.
16. Network connection is not stable.
There are following possibilities:

Network is not stable.
z
IP address conflict.
z
MAC address conflict.
z
PC or 10.2-inch combo DVR network card is not good.
z
Cable and the CVR socket connection is not good. Please secure the screw.
17. Burn error /USB back error.
