In ESX-8CV mode outputs 1 to 6 of the Voice Controller are combined into a stereo
signal suitable for sending to the ES-4, ES-40 or ES-5, in order to drive 6 of the out-
puts of an ESX-8CV module. (Outputs 7 & 8 of the module are unused.) This signal
emerges from outputs 1&2 of the Voice Controller; outputs 3-6 carry their usual sig-
nals from the Output Matrix.!
