Journal (XMT JOURNAL)
Printout Procedure
To help you maintain records of the documents you send and receive, as
well as lists of the numbers you record, your facsimile machine is
equipped to print out the following reports and lists: a Journal, Individual
Transmission Journal, Communication Journal, Batch Communication
Journal, One-Touch List, ABBR. No. List, Directory Search List, Program
List, Fax Parameter List and a Power Failure Report.
The “Journal” is a record of the last 120 transactions (a transaction is
performed each time you send or receive a document). It is printed out
automatically after every 120 transactions, but you can print it out
manually in the following way.
