One-Touch Dial
Making a voice call using the One-Touch Dial .................
Before using this feature, program the desired names and telephone numbers into the One-Touch Dial (p. 44).
^ Press [MONITOR] or lift the handset.
Display: TEL^
•A free line is selected automatically.
•Check that there are no documents in the
document feeder tray.
For stations 1-3
Press the desired One-Touch Dial key.
For stations 4-6
Press [LOWE^], then press the desired
One-Touch Dial key.
Example: TEL-

When the other party answers, speak with the
handset.
When finished talking, replace the handset.

•You may select the line by pressing [LINÉT] or
[LINE 2].
•You can confirm the stored items on the display {p. 49)
or on the telephone number list (p. 112).
•You can use the JOG DIAL directory to select the
station name instead of using the One-Touch Dial
keys. Rotate [JOG DIALl until the desired name is
displayed, then press [MONITOR] or lift the handset.
