Making and Answering Calis
Voice calls - making
When you lift the handset or press [MONITOR], a free line will be selected automatically.
1 Press [MONITOR] or lift the handset.
Display; TEL=
•A free line is selected automatically and the line
indicator lights green.
Dial the telephone number.
Example: TEL=2345678

• If you misdial, hang up and dial again.
When the other party answers, speak with the
handset.
When finished talking, replace the handset.
Note:
• Line 1 will be selected if it is free, but if it is engaged,
line 2 will be selected.
•You may select line by directly pressing [LINE 1 ] or
[LINE 2].

To redial the last number
1. Press MONITOR or lift the handset.
2. Press [REDIAL/PAUSE].
3. When the other party answers, speak with the
handset.
To put a call on hold
Press [HOLD].
•The line indicator flashes green.
•You may place the handset on the cradle.
To release the hold
Press the LINE button being on hold and lift the
handset.
• If an extension phone is connected on the same
line, you can also release the hold by lifting its
handset.
To mute your voice to the other
party
1. Press [HANDSET MUTE] during a telephone
conversation using the handset.
Display:
•The other party cannot hear you, but you can
hear them.
2. To resume the conversation, press.
[HANDSET MUTE] again.
