This feature is useful when you send the sanne documents to selected parties whose telephone numbers are
stored in the One-Touch Dial and JOG DIAL directory frequently. You must program the desired parties into
the BROADCAST key {One-Touch Dial key 1).
Important:
o Before programming, make sure that the desired telephone numbers have been stored into the One-Touch
Dial or JOG DIAL directory.
o The BROADCAST key can be used as One-Touch Dial key 1 or as the broadcast key.

Press [DIRECTORY PROGRAM].
Display: PRESS STATION
OR USE JOG-DIAL
Press [BROADCAST],
DIAL MODE VA
Press or to select “BROADCAST’.
BROADCAST V A
Press [START/COPY/SETl.
DIR= [ 0 0 0 ]
Enter the stations.
a: Using the One-Touch Dial:
For stations 2-5, press the preset One-Touch
Dial key.
For stations 6-10, press [LOWER], then press
the preset One-Touch Dial key.
Example: DIR=Luke [ O O i :
b: Using the JOG DIAL directory:
Rotate [ jog dial ] until the desired name is
displayed (up to 100 stations for the KX-FP270,
60 stations for the KX-FP265).
Example: John [ 001 ]
Press [START/COPY/SETl.
John [ 0 0 2 ]
o To enter other stations, repeat this step (up to
109 stations for the KX-FP270, 69 stations for the
KX-FP265).
Press [START/COPY/SETl after entering
all of the desired stations.
7 Press [PIRECtORY PROGRAM] to exit
the program.
Note:
o If you make a mistake while programming,
press [ stop ], then make the correction,
o Confirm the stored numbers by printing a
telephone number list (see page 121).
