This feature allows you to easily reset the
camera to the factory default settings.
[Preparation]
• Set the mode dial except for [[Q]/[|^].

1 Press the [MENU] button.
2 Press ^ to open the setup menu.
3 Press A/T to select [RESET] and then
press ►.
4 When this message is displayed
“RESET REC. SETTINGS?”, press ◄
to select [YES].
5 Press the T/[REVIEW/SET] button.
• The message "REC SETTING RESET
COMPLETED" is displayed for about
2 seconds.
6 When this message is displayed
“RESET SETUP PARAMETERS?”,
press ◄ to select [YES].
7 Press the T/[REVIEW/SET] button to
set.
• The clock setting is not reset.
8 Press the [MENU] button.
• The menu will disappear.
