My device is connected to
the auxiliary input wires
but it does not activate
the phone

1. If you have a newer phone, produced in 2012 or after, you will need model

ETP-AUXIN-KIT. Please contact Talk-A-Phone to receive this kit at no charge.

My phone will not
successfully dial the 2

number if the first one is
busy or not answered

1. Make sure you have programmed a secondary number in the *23* programming slot.

2. Try programming the long hang-up feature, *101*.

For multiple phones to share one line, an EC-2 or EC-8 Consolidator is required.
