Notch head/sill
horizontal members to
clear the shear block
and anchor bolt heads

Apply sealant to the face
of the shear block at
each horizontal mullion.

Seal the horizontal pressure plate
to the vertical pressure plate so
they are water and air tight
“Butter” joint plug with
sealant on contact
surfaces and insert
between vertical and
horizontal tongue.
Optional: Mullion covers
may be applied prior to
glazing if desired.
Apply sealant over the joint
plug and tool smooth.
