7 Legal for Trade
The Model SBI-521 must be configured to meet regulations mandated by local weights
and measures authorities.
7.1 Configuration/Calibration Switch
The configuration/calibration switch is used to protect the indicator from being
configured or calibrated under legal for trade conditions. When set to legal for trade and
sealed with a lead seal, the indicator can only be configured and calibrated by
authorized personnel.
The switch is located under the triangle plate on the back panel. Remove the three
screws which hold the cover on.
The switch must be set in the ON position (switch is to the left).
