Addendum 3: Drum Weigher Setup
1.
Turn on the indicator and go in to the Config setting by pressing and holding
down the [SETUP] key until
CONFiG is displayed.
2.
Press the [TARE] key and the display will show
CFG. ON. If CFG.OFF is
displayed, move the seal switch under the triangle plate on the back panel.
3.
Press the [TARE] key and the display will show
RESET.
4.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key and the display will show
REGULA.
5.
Press the [TARE] key and if the indicator is set at factory default, the display
should show
USA.
6.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key until
NONE is displayed.
7.
Press the [TARE] key and
REGULA should be shown on the display.
8.
Set your PRIM. N, PRIM. D, PRIM. UT, SECND. N, UNITS, MOTION,
OVER.LD as require for the capacity and division size in Appendix 1.
9.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key until
ZRO. PNT is displayed.
10.
Press the [TARE] key and the display will show
IZSM.
11.
Press the [TARE] key. Change the value to be 000 by using your directional
arrow keys on the keypad.
12.
Press the [TARE] to confirm your setting. The display will show
IZSM.
13.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key and the display will show
IN.IZSM.
14.
Press the [TARE] key and toggle by using the [PRINT/FUNC] key until
LAST.Z.T is shown on the display.
15.
Press the [TARE] to confirm the setting. The display will show
IN.IZSM.
16.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key and the display will show
OV.IZSM.
17.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key until the display shows
LAST.Z.T.
18.
Press the [TARE] key and the display will show
OV.IZSM.
19.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key and the display will show
SAZSM.
20.
Press the [TARE] key and the display will show a number. Change this
number to 000 by using your directional arrow keys on the keypad.
21.
Press the [TARE] key to confirm the setting and the display will show
SAZSM.
22.
Press the [PRINT/FUNC] key and the display will show
AZSM.
23.
Press the [TARE] key and the display will show a number. Change this
number to 000 by using the directional arrow keys on the keypad.
24.
Press the [TARE] key to confirm the setting and the display will show
AZSM.
25.
Press the [ZERO/OFF/ON] key and the display will show
Exit.?.
26.
Press the [TARE] key to confirm the setting and exit the configuration setting.
27.
Proceed to Calibration (Appendix 2) and calibrate as required.
