Set the USER-Com 1/2-LAYOUT parameter

Command: W (57h 0dh), request current reading
Command: S (53h 0dh), request current status
Command: Z (5ah 0dh)
If ZERO function cannot be activated, it will return to current scale status.
Command: T (54h 0dh)
If TARE function cannot be activated, it will return to current scale status.
