Using a Card Reader to transfer images to a computer

1. Insert a CF card containing images into the optional PCMCIA adapter, then insert

the card into the PC card drive on your computer. (The PCMCIA adapter can be

purchased at your dealer.)

2. Open the images in an application that supports the JPEG format.

Connect the serial cable IFC-35D to the
DIGITAL terminal on the camera.

Notes/Tips

• Refer to the software instruction manuals that

are included with the PowerShot 350, for
more details on connecting the camera and
PC, and for details on transferring images
between the camera and your PC.

• When transferring images to a computer the

LCD panel displays a black image with the
letters “PC".

• Cables and software are supplied for the

following systems:
Windows95 (including adapter)

Macintosh (including adapter)
